Delaware North Promotion – MCG Shop & Metro Trains $200 Gift Voucher Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- The MCG Shop and Metro Trains $200 Gift Voucher Giveaway is a sign-up incentive initiative run by Delaware North Merchandise Pty Ltd (ABN: 40 669 381 122) (Delaware North) on behalf of the MCG Shop.
- Participation in the giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The giveaway commences at 12:00 AM AEDST on 15th February 2026 and concludes at 3:00PM PM AEDST on 15th February 2026.
- Entry is open to individuals who: Are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;
- Employees and/or friends and family members who are attending the Metro Trains Family Day on the 15th of February 2026 at the MCG.
METHOD OF ENTRY
- Entrants must: Sign up to the MCG Shop $200 Gift Card Giveaway Form by using any of the valid QR Codes located inside the MCG or venues within the MCG during the Metro Trains Family Day on the 15th of February 2026.
- One entry per person allowed.
- Entries will be collated in a spreadsheet using details provided, including full name and email address.
- Opt-in to email marketing is required to be eligible to enter or to win.
PRIZE DETAILS
- One (1) winner will receive an MCG Shop $200 Gift Voucher to redeem online or in store at the MCG Shop. Gift Certificate is valid for 3 years.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other offer.
- The Prize will be emailed to the winner’s nominated email address
SELECTION OF WINNER
- The winner will be selected at at the conclusion of the event on the 15th of February 2026.
- All entrants’ names and email addresses will be exported onto a separate line on an excel spreadsheet.
- The draw will be conducted using a random number generator tool.
- The corresponding line number in the spreadsheet and associated subscriber details will be deemed the winner.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
- The winner will be announced at the conclusion of Metro Trains family Day and via the Metro Trains internal staff communication post event.
GENERAL TERMS
- Delaware North reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion without notice, subject to applicable laws.
- To the extent permitted by law, Delaware North (including its officers, employees, and agents) is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the Prize.
- All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Delaware North’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.delawarenorth.com/privacy-au/. Any enquiries or complaints in relation to personal information can be directed to our Privacy Officer, pwitchen@delawarenorth.com.
- All personal information is being collected for the purpose of administering the promotion and may need to be shared with third parties. Your personal information will also be used for the purposes of future marketing promotions and activities which you can opt out of at any time.
- For the avoidance of doubt, while all, or part, of the prizes may be associated with the Melbourne Cricket Ground and/or the Melbourne Cricket Club, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that this promotion is not a promotion of the Melbourne Cricket Club and the Melbourne Cricket Club is not responsible for such promotion.
OPTING OUT OF PROMOTION ENTRY
- Participation in this Promotion is automatic for all customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- If a customer does not wish to participate in the Promotion, they may opt out by emailing mjohnston@delawarenorth.com with the subject line “Metro Trains $200 MCG Shop Voucher Giveaway” and their full name and order number, by no later than 11:59 PM AEST on 20th February 2026.
- Opt-out requests received after this date will not be valid, and the customer will remain entered in the draw.
