Costs
Orders will be shipped at a cost. At the time of checkout, this cost will be added to your shopping cart.
- Standard Australia Shipping (Flat Rate): $12.50
Note that customs departments within some countries may charge local taxes and duties on imported parcels. These charges are beyond our control as the government of that country regulates them.
Note that international customers pay reduced prices on products as the Australian Goods and Services Tax (10%) is deducted from your total order amount, which may offset any import costs.
Time
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, from Monday-Friday. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days.
Note: orders may be delayed due to public holidays, or peak periods such as AFL Grand Final, Christmas and Father's Day.
- Standard Australia Shipping delivery time: between 5-10 business days.
We currently don’t offer international shipping.
Refunding, Exchanging, or Cancelling Orders
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy alters your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, if your product is in original condition, including all tags and packaging and is not worn or washed, we may agree to exchange your product for another item or items if the request is made within 30 days of the original purchase. This decision is in our sole discretion. [We will not provide an exchange for sale items if you change your mind].
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is where the item:
Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it;
Is unsafe;
Is significantly different from the sample or description; or
Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t easily be fixed.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
Your Proof of Purchase (i.e. your Receipt or Tax Invoice) will be required for all returns and exchanges.
Damaged/Lost Goods in Transit
MCG Shop is not accountable for lost or damaged goods during transit - no refunds or credit notes are given if this occurs. Our delivery service is done by Australia Post, in which an order can be tracked by the recipient of the goods.
